These Terms apply to all services provided by Enarra.

1. Services

Enarra provides AI automation consulting, workflow optimisation, and related advisory services.

All services are provided on a professional services basis.

2. No Guarantees

While we aim to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes, we do not guarantee specific financial results or business outcomes.

AI-generated outputs are advisory in nature. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving any outputs before implementation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining access credentials securely
• Reviewing automation outputs
• Ensuring compliance within their own organisation

4. Payments

Fees, payment terms, and scope of work will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive the right to use deliverables created for their business. Enarra retains ownership of underlying frameworks, templates, and methodologies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enarra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of services.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
