Terms of Service
These Terms apply to all services provided by Enarra. By engaging Enarra or requesting a scoping conversation, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.
1. Services
Enarra provides workflow automation consulting, process design, and related advisory services for small UK accountancy firms. This includes mapping existing processes, identifying automation opportunities, building and testing automated workflows, and providing documentation and handover support.
All services are provided on a professional services basis. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Automation and AI Tools
Where AI tools are used as part of a workflow build, the default approach is to use AI to assist with tasks such as drafting standard messages, summarising notes, or organising incoming information. Human review is built into workflows as standard, so that a team member reviews before automated content is sent or actioned.
AI-assisted outputs are tools to save time, not substitutes for professional judgement. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving automated output before it is used in a live business context. Enarra does not accept responsibility for output that has been deployed without appropriate review.

3. No Guarantees of Outcome
While we aim to reduce manual processes and save staff time, we do not guarantee specific financial results or business outcomes. The benefit of any automation depends on how it is adopted and used within your firm.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about current processes and tools
- Maintaining access credentials securely
- Reviewing automation outputs before they go live
- Ensuring compliance with their own regulatory and professional obligations
5. Payments
Fees, payment terms, and scope of work are agreed in writing before work begins. Late payment may result in work being paused until the account is brought up to date.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive the right to use deliverables created for their business. Enarra retains ownership of underlying frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enarra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the services or from automated workflows built for the client.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
